The Function 4 Junction Show 'N Shine and Classic Car Cruise was held on May 31, 2014 in Downtown Junction City, Oregon. I happened to chance upon it that day so by the time I had a camera in hand, ready to shoot, most of the cars had already taken off. The Show'N Shine had been held until 4pm and then I couldn't stick around for the Car Cruise at 6pm. The Cruise must've been spectacular! Everybody took over the side of the road and prepared to see all those classic cars drive by and fill all four lanes that run straight through Junction City. It would've been nice to have a bit more time to photograph the whole event but I already had other plans. I did get, however, at least a few pics of cars that lingered past 4pm that you can see below. We'll have to see if I can catch the rest of them next year!

Me and my siblings! A long time ago. It's so much fun to rummage through old pictures. They're so full of nostalgia and warmth. You could say a picture is like a fine wine...the more time passes the more valuable it becomes. That's what's so special about photography!
